Flourishing Schools was established 15 years ago by the founder Jayne Wright. She offered school based consultancy, staff training and support on issues related to staff and pupil wellbeing and SEND issues.

* Consultancy on behaviour for learning and policy creation. 

* PSHE scheme of work support for co-ordinators.

* SEND support for TA teams and SENCOs.

Jayne has also used her educational experience and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) obtained in schools and her consultancy to create Flourishing Futures Education providing inspiring tuition on a one to one basis and to small groups. This is available for school children and young people in Buckinghamshire and beyond.​

Face to face and online tutoring are provided on a weekly basis over the year covering:

* Comprehensive 11 plus tutoring offering full preparation for pupils of all standards.

* Inspiring Literacy teaching, providing confidence boosting strategies and support for all pupils.

* Step by step numeracy support for primary pupils that addresses pandemic gaps and boosts number confidence.

* Outstanding and targeted secondary school English and Literature support at KS3, GCSE and A Level.

* Topic explanations and essay workshops for Sixth form students studying for Psychology A Level. 

* Other subjects are available on request provided by tutors.

Every child has unique needs. Following the first free session, tutoring sessions are undertaken weekly or more often both in person or online to suit families.
